Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion
Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion

Question: What part of government shall make no law does government not understand!

This is exactly what The Constitution of the United States dictates to government. there is no clause about separation of church and state. the wall that they, who will strip you of all Religious freedom, have their nose pushed against is the foundation of the bulwarks protecting religion from government.

The sole purpose of the establishment of the Constitution of the United States of America and our Democratic-Republican form of government is to preserve, protect and defend our individual inalienable rights which our Creator has endowed us with and ensure our right of self-rule. It never was and never will be to give anyone power over us.

Rightful Liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the Individual.

Our founding fathers chose to name our country The United States of America. The etymology of America is ancient Celtic. America means 'the children of the Atonement'. Its literal translation is 'the children of the children of the price paid for a grievous offense'.

There is no doubt what the Founding Fathers intended the relationship between Religion and government to be. The Religion of the Founding Fathers is the corner stone of America. Yet, political parties are continually trying to limit, restrict, deny religious freedom. The latest attaches are through Obama Care. By the use of inference, the Democrats require religious institution and groups to apply for exemption. therefore, it is inferred that the law applies to religious institutions. In this way they violate the constitution and subvert our religious freedom and other inalienable rights protected by the Constitution.
